The Objective:

To direct and motivate staff to maximize individual and team sales and yield results.
To ensure a high standard of customer handling in all aspects of the sales and operational processes in accordance with the service protocol of the company.
To maintain and improve yield.
To maximize branch conversion.
To actively promote the sales strategies and incentives of the company. To enhance the complete sale by increasing sales of land products.
To actively develop the business.
To consistently and effectively communicate with staff. To ensure all staff understand and actively participate in the service and sales objectives of the company.

To report to the Retail Sales Leader in the prescribed manner.

Job Summary
Fulfills Corporate Travel Customers' travel related requests in airline ticketing arrangements, hotel accommodations and car rentals to result in maximized profitability for the client and BCD Travel. Provides customer service through the communication of travel related information.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include
Books reservations for air travel, hotel and car rentals, following up when necessary to complete the reservation.* Responds to requests for price quotations utilizing automated system(s) for domestic and international itineraries.* Promotes the acceptance of fares, rates, and suppliers that match the client's travel program policies and negotiated contracts. Applies discount programs appropriately.* Moves market share for BCD Travel preferred suppliers.* Maintains and promotes professional and courteous client relations by managing a prompt and accurate response to telephone and email communications.* Remains informed of all airline rules and regulations and current affairs. Communicates information to clients accurately and appropriately.* Achieves individual and contractual service level goals related to telephone, quality, and productivity. * Maintains client profiles, ensuring specials requests and reward program information such as frequent flyer / driver / hotel stay are included.* May build airline reservation system profiles for use with a specific group of travelers.* Monitors, sorts and works global distribution systems (GDS) queues daily to maintain quality control.* Ensures optimum customer service through effective use of phone systems and positive telephone service techniques.* Knows and properly uses: airline terminology, codes, fare basis, airline rules and tariffs, resource guides, books, and industry contacts.* Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the position.

This job contributes to the success of Avis Budget Car Rental., by supervising one or more of the daily operations and sales functions at an on-airport location to ensure maximization of fleet utilization, incremental revenue, customer satisfaction and employee management. This position supervises the counter and production areas at the location. This position is responsible for and based out of John Wayne Airport, Santa Ana, CA. Responsibilities and essential job functions included, but are not limited to: Directs and controls the servicing of customers at rental counters in arranging for the rental of vehicles after checking driver's license and other documents, the selling of incremental products and responding to customer's inquires and/or complaints. Plans, directs and controls the preparation of returned vehicles for the next rental, and inspects vehicles on the ready line to ensure compliance with established quality assurance standards. Ensures all missing vehicles are reported to Security on a timely basis by examining rentals, calling customers, and checking inventories at other area locations. Maintains the rental facility and equipment, and monitors all conditions and occurrences in and around the facility during the shift ensuring employee and customer safety, reporting any adverse or dangerous conditions. Organizes the duties carried on at the counter and monitors employee performance. Responsible for the development of new employees and the on-going performance assessment of current employees. Recommends appropriate corrective action where necessary. Ensures all Quality Assurance standards are maintained Monitors work flow and responds to lapses in productivity by initiating corrective action. Reviews work being performed in the area to ensure complete, timely, and consistent results, and evaluates the performance of subordinates in formal reviews. We are a vacation rental home company who have been in business for eleven years. We have the advantage of having an inventory of fantastic vacation homes that are all four miles to Disney. We have a great product to market. We have a data base of over 5000 names, with a high repeat guest rate. We just need someone to help to take us to the next level this year.
You would be managing the office, which is in a converted house in the neighborhoods that we serve. One day with your help we will be in larger offices!!!
You would also be responsible for the property management of the vacation homes, so you would also be liaising with the homeowners and subcontractors and the guests when they are here.
This is not timeshare nor is it real estate sales.

Store Manager
The Objective:
To manage the business with vigorous implementation of the Key Profit Drivers, and by doing so maximize the sales, profit potential and customer service satisfaction of the location in a manner consistent with company objectives.
Specifically:
To achieve and exceed the profit target of the branch with the agreed level of resources available.
To ensure the correct, consistent and efficient operation of the business.
To recruit and train staff to a high level of proficiency and maintain staffing practices which maximize the sales opportunity of the location.
To direct and motivate staff to maximize individual and team sales and yield results.
To ensure a high standard of customer handling in all aspects of the sales and operational processes in accordance with the service protocol of the company.
To maintain and improve yield.
To maximize branch conversion.
To actively promote the sales strategies and incentives of the company. To enhance the complete sale by increasing sales of land products.
To actively develop the business.
To consistently and effectively communicate with staff. To ensure all staff understand and actively participate in the service and sales objectives of the company.
To be familiar with the strategic objectives of the company and act in accordance with them.
To report to the Retail Sales Leader in the prescribed manner.
