JOB SUMMARY/ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT:
Responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance of new and moved field locations, monitoring the uniform program process, organizing and maintaining manual and automated image files, reviewing documentation necessary to confirm compliance, and planning and conducting image orientations for prospects and new licensees.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Monitor and ensure compliance of new and moved field locations with established policies and standards.
2. Monitor the employee order process for the uniform program in field locations, including new locations, payables issues, data transfer between DTG and vendor issues, and unresolved vendor issues; assist with new uniform program changes.
3. Organize and maintain manual and automated image files and serve as the primary contact with licensees, contractors, outside vendors and architects for image and compliance information.
4. Obtain and review documentation necessary to confirm compliance from location owners/managers, follow up to verify fulfillment of requirements needed to attain compliance.
5. Plan and conduct image orientations for prospects and new licensees and prepare associated materials
6. Maintain schedules of compliance information for management reporting; assist Legal on compliance issues when locations are closed or terminated.
7. Oversee and maintain department intranet and licensee extranet sites.
8. Assist department personnel with reports, research and special projects.
9. Maintain supply and distribution of image manuals, materials and samples.
10. Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned.
